De intrinsieke scapholunate en lunotriquetrale ligamenten zijn intact. Het TFC is normaal. De triscaphe and radioscaphoide gewrichten zijn normaal. De volaire radiocarpale extrinsieke ligamenten zijn normaal. De carpale tunnel, inclusief de nervus medianus is normaal. De extensor carpi ulnaris vertoond een normaal aspect, zonder aanwijzingen voor tenosynovitis. Er is een normale aspect van het distale radioulnaire gewricht. De hoek tussen capitatum en lunatum is normaal. Er is geen flexie van het scaphoid. Intacte fossa lunatum.
