US ABDOMEN
The liver shows a normal size and has a homogeneous structure. No focal lesions. There is no intra or extrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation. The gallbladder is distended and has a thin wall. No signs of cholecystolithiasis or cystitis. No surrounding fluid or pain during investigation. No dilation of the portal vein, normal flow direction. Pancreas mostly obscured by intestinal gas. The visualized part shows no abnormalities. No dilation of the pancreatic duct. Normal size and position of the spleen. Normal size and position of the kidneys, with a good corticomedullary differentiation. No hydronephrosis or calculi. Normal size of the abdominal aorta. Physiologically distended urinary bladder, thin walled. Normal aspect of the uterus, ovaries not visible. No ascites or lymphadenopathy.
