TECHNIQUE: MR images of the knee were obtained in various planes.
FINDINGS:
Intact medial collateral, posterior oblique, lateral collateral and anterolateral ligaments. Normal aspect of the iliotibeal tract, including the insertion on Gerdy's tubercle. Normal attachment of the menisci. No tears, in both medial and lateral menisc. Normal aspect of the cartilage in both medial, lateral compartment and trochlear groove. No subchondral sclerosis, lesions or erosions. No damage to the ACL, anteromedial bundle, and PCL. No pathology shown in the posterolateral corner, normal intact popliteofibular, arcuate and fabellofibular ligament. Intact popliteal muscle and attachment of the femoral biceps on the fibula. No abnormalities in the posteromedial corner. Normal quadriceps and patellar tendon. No hydrops or synovitis. Normal aspect of Hoffa's fatpad. No damage to the cartilage on the medial and lateral patellar facets, as well as the retinaculum. Normal gastrocnemius muscle. No abnormalities in the popliteal fossa.
CONCLUSION:
No pathology
