The walls are smooth/nodular thickened, and contain no/some/extensive calcifications. The lesion contains no/a central scar/calcification. There is definite/no enhancement of the wall. There is no/some debris. The lesion does not/does communicate with the main duct, which is not/is dilated, the distal part of pancreas is normal/atrophic. The bile ducts are not/are obstructed. The locoregional lymph nodes are not enlarged/enlarged.

Conclusion:
The neck of the pancreas shows a unilocular lesion, sized < 2 cm. The pancreatic duct does not communicate with the lesion and is is not dilated. The regional lymphnodes are not enlarged. Probable diagnosis pseudocyst. MRI indicated for further characterisation.
