Age-appropriate configuration of the ventricles and cortical sulci. There is no mass effect or midline shift. Diffuse periventricular low attenuation compatible with chronic microvascular disease. There is no evidence of recent infarction or hemorrhage. No significant focal abnormalities are seen either in the posterior fossa or supratentorial compartment.
There are bilateral cavernous internal carotid and vertebral arterial calcifications. The study shows normal configuration of sella turcica.
Visualized paranasal sinuses are normal. Visualized mastoid air cells and orbits are normal.
